As Chairman of the Board, Arthur Sinodinos AO is leading Hypersonix’s representation in the United States and strategic engagement across allied defence ecosystems. His appointment strengthens our ability to build trusted partnerships, navigate complex policy environments, and accelerate collaboration as we expand our sovereign hypersonic capabilities into allied markets.

Arthur brings senior-level experience across defence, national security, and international policy from both government and industry. As Australia’s Ambassador to the United States, he played a key role in advancing Australia’s strategic interests, including AUKUS and broader Indo-Pacific initiatives. A former Senator for New South Wales and senior minister, and an Officer of the Order of Australia, Arthur will support our relationships across U.S. government, defence, and investment communities.

David has more than 30 years' experience working in the Space and TMT (Technology, Media, Telecom) sector and is co-founder of Hypersonix Launch Systems, an Australian engineering, design and build company specialising in hypersonic vehicles and scramjet engines to provide sustainable, affordable access to space.

A world leader in scramjet technology, Michael Smart spent 10 years as a Research Scientist at the NASA Langley Research Center: Scramjet Branch. He is the technology architect of the Wirraway satellite launch system. Michael is a research field leader in aviation and aerospace engineering.​

A highly accomplished scale-up C-Level Executive, and Advisor, who has a consistent track record of creating commercial and financial strategies that transform businesses, drive growth and accelerate commercial and operational success. With extensive experience across the technology, digital, deep tech, electronics, audio, sporting, media, and banking sectors, Matt is a leader in business transformations that increase revenue, optimise structure, streamline operations and increase productivity. Matt also brings strong experience in financial leadership and management, with a proven ability to oversee financial strategy, revenue and profitability, transactional management, compliance and reporting.

Matthew has extensive experience in corporate finance, audit and assurance, governance and strategy, including over 25 years’ experience as a Partner at Pitcher Partners. His roles with Pitcher Partners included leading the corporate finance practice group, senior audit partner and leading the corporate governance and board advisory practice area. Matthew is a member and Chair of Navalo’s Audit & Risk and Remuneration Committees.

Kamille is a named Company Secretary and assists a Principal at Automic Group managing a portfolio of listed and unlisted companies. She works across a wide range of industries such as financial services, biotechnology, mining, defense, and social media. Kamille is a qualified lawyer holding a Diploma in Law with the LAPB/LEC, she is also a qualified mediator and is a member of the Governance Institute of Australia.​
